Private ownership stamp at head of title neatly ruled through. Priced 'Two Shillings and Sixpence' at foot of title, subsequently over printed 'And in cloth gilt, Four Shillings and Sixpence'. This more durable & deluxe format (at nearly twice the price) seems not to have proved popular with collectors.
